  3. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.


3. Orders and Payments

  1. All orders placed through HomeCake.in are subject to acceptance and availability.
  2. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  3. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders as described.


4. Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines and areas vary depending on the Seller.
  2. Delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.) may occur.
  3. Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.


5. Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Orders can be canceled within a set time window (defined by each Seller).
  2. Refunds will only be issued if the Seller fails to deliver or the product is not as described.
  3. Customized or personalized cakes may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.


6. Seller Responsibilities

  1. Sellers must deliver fresh, hygienically prepared items.
  2. Listings must include accurate images, prices, ingredients, and availability.
  3. Sellers are solely responsible for product quality and compliance with local food safety laws.


7. Buyer Responsibilities

  1. Buyers must verify product details, allergens, and delivery timelines before placing orders.
  2. Inappropriate behavior, fraudulent orders, or abuse of refund systems may result in account suspension.


8. Content & Intellectual Property

  1. All content on HomeCake.in, including images, text, and branding, is owned by HomeCake or its respective Sellers.
  2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

  1. HomeCake.in is a facilitator between Buyers and Sellers. We are not liable for:
  2. Food quality or health outcomes
  3. Missed deliveries or disputes between users
  4. Temporary unavailability or technical issues on the website


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
